MR LUKE OLIVEIRO
MANAGING DIRECTOR

Mr Oliveiro has over 9 years of consultancy experience in recruitment and manpower management. He specialises in international recruitment and has an extensive network of overseas manpower contacts and associates. Prior to joining Mission Manpower Solutions Pte Ltd, Mr Oliveiro was an Executive Director with Vamsa Manpower Consultants Pte Ltd responsible for international recruitment and operations. He was also formerly a Partner with Proactive Recruitment Services.

Mr Oliveiro holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the National University of Singapore.

MR PETER QIU
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER & SENIOR CONSULTANT

Mr Qiu is a Senior Consultant with our company and has over 35 years of management and corporate experience. He has previously worked in Hong Kong, Malaysia and Indonesia and has consulted for the retail, shipping and manufacturing industries. At Mission, his main area of focus is in the Middle-east and ASEAN markets where he has a strong network of professional and industry contacts.

Mr Qiu's interests also include consulting on strategic partnering and global marketing.

MS NENEO SINGSIT
CONSULTANT

Ms Singsit joined Mission Manpower Solutions Pte Ltd in April 2009. She screens resumes and coordinates with our applicants for interviews and selection. Ms Singsit is also responsible for the post-recruitment and post-placement support to our clients. Her present portfolio includes hiring for the services and hospitality industries.

Ms Singsit holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Manipur University, India and is currently pursuing her Masters in Business Administration with the University of Madras.
